2 Slices Deli Turkey

2 Sourdough bread

Tomato

Cucumber Slices

Lettuce or Spinich

Cooked Bacon

Simply Mommy Avocado Sauce

Real butter

Sliced cheese (I like swiss but you can use what you like)

Apply thin layer of real butter to one side on each slice. Put in a skillet to brown much like you were grilling a cheese. Put on two slices of cheese, then cooked bacon,( I cook our bacon but you can use the ready to use bacon for sandwich’s such as oscar Myer. ) then the turkey all on one side of the bread… after bread is brown  on the other slice apply a generous layer of My Simply Mommy Avocado Spread then build.. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber slices… and what ever toppings you would like.. be creative. Put together Slice in half serve and enjoy.. makes two servings…

Simply Mommy Avocado Spread

1 avocado

2 tsp olive oil

half jalapeño

half lime

1/3 cup cilantro

1/2 Roma tomato

1/2 small cucumber

1/2 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp powder

1/8 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp salt

Food process it and its.. good to go… I use the seed in the avocado for extra flavor if you decide to do this.. it takes a bit longer to process… it is so yummy…..

Pair it with:

Simply Mommy’s Homemade Chips:

2 large potato sliced thin circular with peeling intact

Sunflower oil (or what ever you like)  Coat the skillet with minimal amount standing…

1/2  Sea Salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1/2 garlic powder

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

hint of cumin

Combine all dry ingredients to make a shaking powder…

Brown potatoes to desired color and coat with powder serve and enjoy..

Pairs well with light white wines.
